All units are privately owned and individually appointed. Each has a gulf view and a screened lanai.

Its amenities include free tennis courts and rackets, complementary lounge chairs and lounges, WiFi hot spots throughout, a guest information office, beach volleyball, adult swim times, picnic areas, and recreation programs for adults and children, including crafts and games.

Bicycle rental agencies on the island will deliver to and pick up rental bikes from Pointe Santo. The main island running and biking path is just across the street.
