The 2005 rebuilding and refurbishing of Pointe Santo Unit B25 is complete including new wall decor. All fixtures (including shower, tub and toilets), cabinetry, countertops, appliances (including the washing machine and dryer), carpeting, tile and linens are new (and upgraded to luxury standards). Also new are the heating and air conditioning system and the hot water system. A bar sink has been added and the kitchen and master bath have been enlarged.

The Gulf of Mexico and the Sanibel beach front are within view from the Lanai and the master bedroom. Ceiling fans throughout the unit provide a pleasant breeze.

The luxurious living area, as newly refurnished, includes a mirror view of the Gulf and a 42 inch flat screen entertainment system. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a second flat screen TV. A second bedroom (with twin beds), a second bath and a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living area provide comfortable accommodations for up to 6 people.

Wireless internet access is available and all of the other amenities of the great Pointe Santo de Sanibel complex complement the many features of B25.
